How do I order a bespoke item?

We are always keen to discuss ideas with you and our master jewellers can help you create your perfect personalised piece. Please email us with your initial thoughts and we can set up a convenient appointment to discuss them further, either by phone or you can visit us in the shop on Magdalene Street.



Do you repair jewellery?

We offer a range of services, from repairs to annual cleaning and maintenance checks. No job is too small and we can also alter clasps and fittings as required. Please email us and we can set up a convenient appointment to discuss your requirements, either by phone or you can visit us in the shop on Magdalene Street. Please note we do have a minimum charge of £30.



What if I have ordered the wrong ring size?

We can may be able adjust the rings by half a ring size depending on the design of the ring in our workshop, otherwise you will need to return the ring and we can reorder/make one in the correct size.



What if I don’t know the ring size required?

Please call into our shop on Magdalene Street for advice where we will be able to measure the correct size or help you find it.
