DELLA KAUR LTD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All businesses need small-print and we have tried to keep ours as clear and simple as we can. If in any doubt, give us a call or drop us an email.
These terms and conditions cover the use of the Della Kaur Ltd website. They also set out our policy on returns of goods. The terms are governed by English law.  Please read them each time you order from us as they might change from time to time. 
Using this website indicates that you accept these terms.

2. REGISTERING WITH US
It helps us if you register your details with us. We can also then keep you in touch with various promotions and offers. We understand if you would prefer not to and you can still order from the website although there are certain areas – our bespoke range for example – where we ask that you do.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
Della Kaur Ltd will only use the information you provide about yourself lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will not provide information that you have trusted to us with ANY third party.
4. DELLA KAUR QUALITY
We try to source all of our products and materials sustainably. We use Fairtrade metals if desired. Our gems are from non-conflict sources and we can provide certification.
Unless stated we use:
  • Gold - 18ct (750) and 9ct (375)
  • Silver - Sterling (925)
  • Platinum – 950
  • our diamonds are a minimum H colour and VS clarity

5. PRICES
All prices are in GB Pounds Sterling and include VAT. Prices shown do not include delivery charges, which will be added at the checkout. 
Della Kaur Ltd reserves the right to change any pricing in the case of increases in the cost of materials or in the case of error.
6.VAT
Prices include UK Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate - currently 20%. 
UK and EU customers: VAT-inclusive prices are charged for customers whose billing address is in the UK or any EU country.
Non-UK or EU customers: VAT is ‘zero-rated’ on the purchase and deducted from the price at the check-out stage of the transaction. When you enter your address details, select the country where you reside and VAT will be set to ‘0’ and the tax will be deducted automatically from the total payable.
In all cases, the address used must be the same as the billing address for the credit, debit or charge card you use for the transaction and for despatch of the goods. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
7. ONLINE PROMOTIONS
Online promotions or offers are redeemable only and exclusively through our online store www.dellakaur.co.uk. 
8. PAYMENT
Orders may be placed online or by telephone +44(0)1223 462256. Full payment is required when placing an order.
We accept the following debit and credit cards only:

9. ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving your order. The email will contain your order number as well as the details of your purchase, estimated delivery date and your address. Please contact us if there is an error in your order details.
Please include the order number in all correspondence.

10. CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you change your mind, you may cancel an order within 7 days by sending an email to dk@dellakaur.co.uk .  Please include your 9 digit order number. If your order has already been dispatched within the 7-day period, please follow our returns procedure.
11. ITEMS NOT IN STOCK
We will advise you of the delivery timescale when you make the order. If you are ordering for a special occasion, do call or e-mail to let us know before you order – we have never let anyone down!
12. RINGS
If you order the wrong size, return the ring to us, and we may be able to size the ring for you depending on the design. 
13. DELIVERY & RETURNS
All UK items are sent via Royal Mail signed-for, both in the UK and abroad. We can arrange courier dispatch, please contact us for charges, if you would prefer this method of delivery.
  • UK £8.00 standard charge up to 100g
  • Abroad £10.00 standard charge up to 100g
The Royal Mail allocates a unique tracking number to each package. This number is retained by us for reference and to track a package to its destination. If goods are not received within the time-frame stipulated please contact us.
All parcels need to be signed for. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, a card will be left. Please follow the instructions to re-schedule delivery. This is not something we are able to assist with as it is Royal Mail’s responsibility.
14. RETURNS POLICY
We want our customers to be delighted with the quality of their jewellery and accessories ordered from us.  We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on unworn items. Goods must be returned unworn, in perfect re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. We are sorry but for reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless proven faulty at the time of purchase.
Our products are personally checked carefully before being sent to you. Occasionally a piece may be faulty and any faulty piece will be replaced if possible or refunded. Please let us know within 7-days of receiving the item if there is a fault and follow our returns procedure set out below.
Any item that has been damaged while being worn will not be replaced. When we receive a returned piece, it will be inspected in our workshop for wear. A fault may be repaired or the item replaced or refunded.
Please return the item to us following our returns policy above, please use your order number in all correspondence. Once we are satisfied that the item is unworn and not faulty as a result of damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse, we will either exchange the item if possible or refund you the full amount (excluding original delivery charge).
15. RETURNS PROCEEDURE
Please follow this procedure for returning items. 
  • Your order number must be written clearly on the front of the package and any documentation.
  • Items must be unworn and in perfect re-saleable condition and in original packaging.
  • Items must be returned to us within the 7 days of being received by you, we track all item(s) we send via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed For to ensure your items are delivered to you in a good time. 
  • For customers overseas, you must notify us of your wish to return items within 7 days of receiving them and return them as soon as possible. All other conditions mentioned above apply.
  • All delivery charges resulting in the return of your items are payable by you, the customer.
  • We strongly encourage you to obtain proof of posting; we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage in any respect.
